Originally from Cortland, Ohio, Denise moved to Southern California, where she began her career in pediatric healthcare, working alongside a prominent Los Angeles pediatrician caring for children and families, including Hollywood's elite. Her passion for the entertainment industry later led her to Technicolor and Color By Deluxe, two internationally recognized motion picture companies. These experiences helped develop her exceptional communication, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.

In 2011, Denise and her husband made Southwest Florida their permanent home, where she launched her successful real estate career.
