## Jason Ross | Co-Founder | CEO

Jason Ross is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary based in Orlando, Florida, with over three decades of experience across multiple industries. Throughout his extensive career, Jason has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate diverse business landscapes and capitalize on emerging opportunities. His entrepreneurial journey has encompassed a wide range of sectors, including real estate, technology, media, manufacturing, and more. With a keen eye for innovation and a track record of success, Jason has established himself as a dynamic leader capable of driving growth and achieving exceptional results.

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TSM Studio, President of Next Move, and Co-Director of Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment, Jason Ross has established an illustrious career in the sports and entertainment industry since 2004.

That operating experience is now built into software. Jason is Co-Founder of KW Rental Investments, a platform that gives Keller Williams agents the full rental-investment toolkit in one place.

- Co-Founder of KW Rental Investments, the rental-investment platform for Keller Williams agents — listings, rental forecasts, lead capture, and agent education in a single branded system.
- Co-Founder of CommunitySync (mycommunitysync.com), the community platform KW Rental Investments grew into, giving real estate organizations a branded portal, public website, and agent directory of their own.
- President of Next Move, overseeing 40+ nationwide expansion teams, referral networks, and international training platforms.
- Co-Director of Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment, responsible for the management and development of hundreds of real estate agents across North America while spearheading the creation of the first Sports and Entertainment community within Keller Williams.
- Founder and CEO of TSM Studio, a distinguished professional recording facility with a 20-year legacy, offering top-level marketing services to athletes, entertainers, and large corporate organizations.
- Serving on the Advisory Boards for Full Sail University's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Master of Science Program and Music Business Bachelor of Science Program, providing industry expertise to guide curriculum development and student readiness for post-graduation careers.

## Marcin Stempniewicz | Co-Founder | CTO

Marcin Stempniewicz is the CTO of KW Rental Investments and the architect of CommunitySync, the platform this community runs on. He builds the systems that let an agent turn a rental lead into a forecast, a listing, a shareable report and a closed deal without leaving one place.

Building platforms for communities

Marcin, together with Jason Ross, designed CommunitySync as a multi-tenant platform from the ground up: every community gets its own brand, its own domain, its own feature set and its own member portal, all served from one codebase. For KW Rental Investments that means the Rental Forecast and Cost Estimate engines, the opportunity listings and lead inbox, the education playbook, the marketing library, the agent directory you are reading now, and a website builder that gives every agent a personal site under the community's domain. The platform now hosts communities well outside real estate, from an  Underwater 3D Academy to a furniture visual-commerce company, which is the real test of whether a "community platform" is actually general.

His design rule is simple: the agent's job comes first, the system's cleverness last. A report has to be identical every time it is generated. A shared link has to work on any host. A member should never see another community's data, and that guarantee is enforced and tested, not assumed.

Rendering at scale

Before CommunitySync, Marcin co-founded Ar-range, a visual-commerce platform for furniture brands. It renders every product variant a brand sells, millions of images from a single 3D source, with a catalog engine, a 3D configurator and AI search on top. The same batch-rendering and automation discipline runs through everything he builds: pipelines that produce the same output on every run and scale without a human in the loop.
